- Monday: Cross Train or Easy Run of 3 Miles
- Tuesday: Easy Run 5 Miles
- Wednesday: Basic Training or 8 x 100M Hill Sprints with Core Drills
- Thursday: Run – 1 Mile Worm-up, 3 Miles Tempo At Race Pace, 1 Mile Cool Down
- Friday: Strength Train. No Running.
- Saturday: Trail Run – 10 Miles
- Sunday: Easy Run – 3 Miles
