  • Wednesday: Basic Training or 8 x 100M Hill Sprints with Core Drills
  • Thursday: Run – 1 Mile Worm-up, 3 Miles Tempo At Race Pace, 1 Mile Cool Down
  • Friday: Strength Train. No Running.
  • Saturday: Trail Run – 10 Miles
  • Sunday: Easy Run – 3 Miles
