This run starts from Muir Beach and covers up to 13+ miles. It includes a sweet climb up Mt Tam, incorporating ocean views and old growth redwood lined single tracks.

The course is an out and back with a loop in the middle. This means if you don't feel like going the entire 13 miles. You can turn around at any point and return to the beach knowing that there will be plenty of people following you back.
